Allison Wallace, RA, AIA, has joined Barge Design Solutions, Inc. (Barge) as the Facilities Design Manager in the firm’s Houston office.

Wallace has more than 15 years of experience in the architecture industry, designing and managing a wide range of facilities projects for private and government entities. She is a Registered Architect in Texas and Maryland with extensive experience in sustainably focused design, administration, and quality control for complex projects. Wallace is a Construction Document Technologist with the Construction Specifications Institute, Qualified Compliance Inspector for Stormwater, and LEED Accredited Professional in five rating systems: Building Design and Construction, Interior Design and Construction, Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance, Neighborhood Development, and Homes.

Jason Lowe, Vice President and Director of Projects in Facilities at Barge, shares, “Allison brings a wealth of experience in the federal and sustainable energy markets. As such, she will be a key player on Barge’s Federal team and will provide great leadership to our Facilities team in Houston, helping us grow our presence in the area.”

Wallace earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Society of American Military Engineers.
